Well, it’s been rumored and mentioned a few places in passing so I decided I better fess up and post some pics before people really start to talk! 
I just purchased a new for me 2007 1200R with 7800 miles on it. Bought it on eBay from Hudson County HD in Jersey City, NJ (they are a bunch of useless wastes of humanity…). She’s Black Cherry Pearl. Pretty much stock with a SE air cleaner and SE mufflers. Story was one of the Parts counter guys there was trading this bike in on an XR1200.
Not really sure I can justify why I needed a second bike…but I got one!! WOOT!! My plan for now is to keep this as the touring bike and relatively stock (but we all know how that goes). Probably add a windshield, maybe saddlebags, and just a few other little items. We’ll see. Or, I may sell the “883L” and just keep this one… :doh
