So, once again the Sporty is torn apart. As my previous post sugested I had a rear cylinder base and head gasket leak. What I found as I was tearing it apart was the one head bolt wasn’t even hand tight. Closer inspection once I got everything off the rear cylinder was the one stud wasn’t fully seated. Fuck. Also saw more wear on the cylinders and pistons than I have in the past. More than I’m really comfortable with. Of course as I was messing around with the stud, I managed to mess up the one bolt and the stud. The local dealer doesn’t have the needed parts. Ugh!
I hear Honda makes really nice bikes..
